Ladies Only Area

RSC offers a ladies only area for the ladies who wants a quieter atmosphere with a more personal space, all without sacrificing facilities. The Ladies only area features a cardio area, free weights, full circuit of STAR TRAC INSTICT training equipment and a full circuit of Apex training equipment, conveniently located upstairs with a private entrance from the Ladies locker room.
